Flowers of Evil
In 1857, the French writer Charles Baudelaire published a collection of controversial poems under the title Les Fleurs du mal, or Flowers of Evil. He said himself that in writing poetry he extracted beauty from evil. We like this approach too! And so welcome to a place where vice brings pleasure, ugliness is not a cause for ridicule, and where the muses can both inspire and break a man.
Our story
As a team we have been operating in Bratislava since 2010. For seven years we have been organizing successful themed Capo di tutti parties and in 2016 we opened our first own Bukowski bar, which quickly became a popular Bratislava late night bar with a unique atmosphere.
We opened Baudelaire bar in the summer of 2018 and as we have done since the beginning, we are building mainly on a strong, friendly and welcoming community of people, not only our clients but also our fans. We believe we won’t disappoint them with our new concept either. For this task we rely on a strong and talented team of bartenders/bartenders and waiters/waitresses.
